    The memberships are designed for families at any stage. Whether you're expecting your first baby, navigating toddlerhood, celebrating school years, or simply wanting to be more present in your family memories, you can join at any time.

  • Absolutely.

    If you're expecting, one of your membership sessions can be used as a maternity session. The memberships are designed to adapt to your family's story, wherever you're currently at.

  • That's completely fine.

    Sessions can be full family sessions, motherhood sessions, parent and child sessions, or even focused solely on your children. We'll create a plan that feels right for your family.

  • No.

    Your membership covers your immediate family, regardless of how many children you have. I never want parents worrying about whether another child means another fee.

  • Yes.

    The Milestone and Grow With Me Memberships include one complimentary extended family session upgrade, allowing you to include grandparents, cousins, and other loved ones.

  • That's entirely up to you.

    Some families prefer seasonal sessions throughout the year, while others like to schedule around birthdays, milestones, or special stages of life. We'll create a timeline that works for your family.

  • Not at all.

    While we'll discuss a rough plan for your membership, there is plenty of flexibility. The goal is to make documenting your family easier, not add another thing to your to-do list.

  • Membership enrolment fees are non-refundable.

    Future sessions, bonus sessions, and membership benefits are forfeited upon cancellation.

    Accounts must remain up to date for sessions to be booked and completed. If a membership account falls into arrears, future sessions will be paused until payments are brought current.

    Any sessions already completed will revert to the current standalone session rate, and any membership-exclusive bonuses or complimentary upgrades already redeemed will be charged at their standard value.

    The remaining balance between the value of services received and payments made to date will become payable upon cancellation.
